We use third-party AI providers (including OpenAI) to process text and generate audio. We share your uploaded text (and only what’s needed) with such providers to perform requested conversions. We instruct our providers not to use your content to train their models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to us, subject to their published terms and technical controls. You must also follow OpenAI’s Usage Policies when using the Service.

Note: Providers may temporarily retain data for safety, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, or legal compliance. We review provider documentation and settings and seek to minimize retention where feasible.

  1. You own your uploads. We process them solely to provide the Service.
  2. Output inherits your rights. Your rights in the MP3 depend on your rights in the original text.
  3. No training use. We prohibit the use of your content and Output for training or improving AI models by us or our providers, except as necessary for safety, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
  4. Follow OpenAI rules. Your use is also subject to OpenAI’s Usage Policies.
